Due to adverse weather conditions there have been ferry delays which will cause delays today and tomorrow. Our parcel delivery services have been effected, in particular our Next-day Delivery service. Please track your parcel for the latest status, if there is no tracking information available then please contact the sender or retailer.

Please contact your local depot on your dedicated client phone number or email or use the Support Button Feature on our website. Remember, Damaged parcels must be reported to Fastway within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible to make a claim.

Is there an excess?

No, you won't have to pay any excess for insurance claims.

What evidence is required to make a claim?

When making a claim, you’ll be required to provide two forms of evidence:
  1. Cost price

You must be able to provide the cost price of the goods, for example providing a copy of the supplier invoice. 

  1. Type of goods

There are certain items such as glass, jewelry etc that are not covered by our insurance cover. A full list is available on our Conditions of carriage.
