Due to adverse weather conditions there have been ferry delays which will cause delays today and tomorrow. Our parcel delivery services have been effected, in particular our Next-day Delivery service. Please track your parcel for the latest status, if there is no tracking information available then please contact the sender or retailer.

If your parcel arrives damaged, you should contact the sender and let them know and they’ll advise you of the next steps.

If you’re the sender, you can contact your local Fastway depot on your dedicated client phone number or email address, or you can use the Support Button feature on our website.
